Exercise is a crucial part of recovery from anxiety. Releasing the built up adrenaline is key to  feeling more relaxed. Even small amounts of exercise are benefical. The answer is to move your body and let go of the tension. Our bodies are meant to move, especially when they are filled with anxiety.
