How it works:
- Call to set up an appointment with Dr.Jacobs
- Complete the health history form and fax or mail it back before the initial consultation so that Dr. Jacobs can get a picture of your current symptoms before you speak with her
- Dr. Jacobs will call you at the agreed upon time and date. The first consult will last about an hour. Based on your specific case, Dr. Jacobs will formulate a plan for alleviating your anxiety symptoms
- Lab recommendations, dietary changes, lifestyle changes, herbs, vitamins, and homeopathics may be included in the protocol, depending on your case
Initial consult lasts one hour
It includes a thorough evaluation of your current symptoms, state of health, supplements, and medications.
Follow-up visits last between 15 minutes and one hour
The frequency and length of follow-up visits is determined by your individual case.

It is important that you have a diagnosis of anxiety from your primary care provider in order to rule out any serious medical conditions that may be associated with your anxiety symptoms. Dr. Jacobs is not able to work with clients who are currently psychotic or suicidal.
